Aishwarya goes back to 70's era

Bollywood’s gorgeous lady Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan will portray the look of a '70s actress in a few scenes in film-maker Vipul Shah's forthcoming flick Action Replay.



Aishwarya Rai's look has been inspired by that of finest bollywood actress Mumtaz who is remembered for her performances in films like Tere Mere Sapne, Khilona and Aap Ki Kasam.

Very few it happens in the film industry that an actor is supported by the film maker even when they display unprofessionalism. But actress Aishwariya Rai Bachchan is lucky enough as her filmmaker Vipul Shah stands with her and denies the charges levied on her.

Buzz in the industry is that Aishwariya Rai is delaying his movie 'Action Replay' but it is his filmmaker who insists that charges are baseless and believes that she has been targeted. He said, “It really annoying. We are used to gossip but this seems like a personal attack on Ash.”

Producer-director Vipul Shah knows that Mani Ratnam’s Raavan is first priority of Aishwariya but says that she has gone out of way to adjust the dates. Also she is never late on the sets as allegations go, and he has got no issues against the actress. These days horoscope of Aishwariya Rai are going in favour of her.

Aish looks different in Action Replay

After father-in-law's role of a 13-year-old progeria-affected kid Auro in Paa, Aishwarya Rai has now planned to come in a different yet challenging role in Vipul Shah's Action Replay.
The former beauty queen will be portraying an old lady in certain sequences and according to the sources Aishwarya Rai Bachchan spends over four to five hours in make-up to get the perfect look for the role.

Expert Hollywood make-up artists have been hired by the director to prepare Aishwarya Rai for the role. While Christien Tinsley and Dominie Till designed Amitabh's Auro, Aishwarya is being worked on by Paul Pattison, whose previous projects include Mel Gibson's Braveheart.
