Aishwarya Rai will reportedly team up with director Rituparno Ghosh again for his next project.
Rituparno Ghosh has casted Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in two previous movies
Chokher Bali and
Raincoat respectively. The filmmaker’s latest project will be an adaptation of Devi Chaudhurani by
Bankim Chandra Chatterjee.
Aishwarya Rai said by mentioning that she always knew she and Rituparno Ghosh would work together again on another movie.
The actress asserted that Rituparno has been coming with so many wonderful offers after
Chokher Bali and Raincoat. And it seems as if both of them were destined to team up together once again. Simply gorgeous, the actress further said that she would like to work in Kolkata, director’s home town, as for her the city always welcomes her with open arms. She had love to work there again.
