Now, this talented director is going to cast Bachchan bahu in his next film. At first, Madhur approached for this character to Kareena Kapoor, but as the role of the female lead of the movie required to perform in some bold intimate scenes, Kareena turned down the offer.
Then, Madhur Bhandarkar decided to ask Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for the character, even though he had a thought of casting Katrina Kaif initially. But Aishwarya accepted the offer as she got interested in the project as soon as she heard the script. Now that Ash has given her nod to act in the film, Madhur Bhandarkar is modifying the script, so that the lass can fit in the character with ease. This film is an ambitious project of Madhur, and he wanted to work on this for a long time. The film is titled as “Heroine” and it is based on the life of a popular heroine who was a celebrated diva in her younger age, but as she grew older, her popularity began to muted.
Not just that but the buzz also have it that once in depression Amitabh Bachchan Corporation Limited (ABCL) had a reason to rejoice. And the reason was that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, was taken up the responsibility to revitalize the fate of the family banner. However, the Bachchan parivaar were extremely confident about Amitabh Bachchan’s starrer ‘Paa’ made under ABCL after series of flops, which literally failed at the box-office. Aishwarya played a pivotal role in planning the marketing gimmicks of the film under ABCL. So, to continue with some good projects the Bachchan’s as heard have chosen Aishwarya to head the banner for the re-establishment.
