Aish denies to be Danone Brand Ambassador

Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has rejected the offer to become the brand ambassador for French dairy brand Danone. Danone has a joint venture with Yakult in India, for which personified actress Kajol is the brand ambassador.

Rumours were spreaded all around that besides the JV, Danone was also planning to go independent and Aishwarya Rai was roped in as the face for it. According to the sources, Aishwarya Rai signed on as the brand ambassador for Danone products is entirely untrue. This kind of explicit publicity shows unprofessionalism on part of the brand and ofcourse their agency.

Aishwarya and SRK ready to work together

The seven-year-old cold war has finally ended between Shahrukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and both the stars will be seen together in SRK’s home production. Shooting for the film will start in 2010. Years ago, Aishwarya’s sudden ouster from Chalte Chalte led to a professional breakup between the two.



In fact, the cold war between Amitabh Bachchan and Shahrukh Khan only made matters worse. But now SRK and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have finished the hatchet and come together once again.

Aishwarya will soon be seen opposite Akshay Kumar in the flick Action Replay and SRK's on-screen chemistry with the most talented actress Kajol will be seen in the film My Name Is Khan which will be released in 2010.

Priyanka sideline Aishwarya's acting abilities

Aishwarya rarely loses her cool. But this time, she did. She is displeased with Priyanka Chopra for not acknowledging her acting prowess and simply mentioning her beauty when she received the Filmfare best actress award.

Though both the actresses have not responded well to confirm what and how much they are upset about the whole situation. But then how can two ladies accept the problems so openly. While Priyanka Chopra is riding high after winning the Filmfare best actress award for her role in Fashion, things are not brawny dory for her on another level.

Known for her usually restrained image and ever so politically correct statements, Priyanka rubbed Aishwarya Rai Bachchan the wrong way while giving her thank you speech after she received the award.

This incident followed Priyanka's fallout with once-upon-a-time good friend Abhishek Bachchan who too is upset with Priyanka for wanting to groove to the same song ('Ma da laadla' from Dostana) which he had selected for the same function.

Priyanka said that she was very happy to be nominated (Fashion, Dostana) among the likes of the beautiful Aishwarya Rai ( Jodhaa Akbar) and the talented Kajol (U, Me Aur Hum). Priyanka's euphoric statement however hasn't gone down well with Aishwarya .

Aishwarya is annoyed that Priyanka called her beautiful but said
nothing about her acting talent. An actor on condition of anonymity informed that Priyanka should have chosen her words carefully.
