Preity Zinta seems to be happy for Aishwarya

When Amitabh Bachchan declared Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s pregnancy to the whole world through the micro blogging website Twitter , a lot of names were being discussed about to replace Aishwarya Rai in her forthcoming movies.One such name was Preity Zinta, who’s seething at reports of her replacing the Bachchan bahu, who apparently stated that she’s very distressed with these false gossips making rounds all around.

Preity really fail to understand why no one checks with her on its genuineness. Bollywood director Rajkumar Santoshi is a close friend to Preity Zinta, so is the Bachchan parivaar. The chulbuli actress has always maintained that Aishwarya Rai and she have become good friends over the last couple of years. Talking about their friendship, she had asserted that Aishwarya is someone she can call a friend truly. Both the actresses have kept in touch with each other and shared their thick and thins through the years. Both Aishwarya and Preity have been there for each other through their rough times in personal as well as professional lives.

Although Preity Zinta is presently in abroad, she is happy with the news of Aishwarya’s pregnancy. She has already dropped a message of applaud to the family personally. Preity Zinta on the other hand is looking forward to catch up with her best friend once she is back in Mumbai. It has been heard that Preity is very happy for Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan and as soon as she returns back to India she may take them out for a celebratory dinner to end up the evening spending ample of time together.

Here, latest news is flashing that most probably Aishwarya would not be able to complete the shoot for Madhur Bhandarkar’s upcoming film Heroine. We guess that Madhur’s dream of making the film would remain a dream or he will get his heroine one day!!!

The King and Bachchan Bahu "Stars Of The Decade"

Superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were honoured with the "Actors Of The Decade Award" at the IIFA Awards held recently.

This very well known beauty got two honorary awards for her work in Indian and international cinema, while the King was honoured for his work in Bollywood.
Aishwarys Rai Bachchan gave a wonderful dance performance at the event and she actually set the stage on fire.
Unfortunately the King couldn't make it to the event as he was busy shooting for his upcoming flick "My Name Is Khan"

This 43 year old actor who began his career as a fauji had a tough competition from other actors like Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Big B , Akshay Kumar

And unlike Shilpa Shetty and Preity Zinta, who have moved on to
business like IPL with rich boyfriends, Aishwarya still has some good
movies like Mani Ratnam’s Raavan, big-budgeted Tamil Film
Endhiran,Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next with Hrithik Roshan, Vipul
Shah’s Action Replay with Akshay Kumar and a movie with Excel
entertainment, probably one with Rajiv Menon as well. Hollywood top
star Will Smith is still willing to work with her.

That very well makes clear the fact that the dame is here to stay put
in the glitzy world of showbiz for a few more years.
