Aish might feature in Arundhati

Needless to mention that Anushka starrer Arundhati, was a superhit flick in Andhra Pradesh. The movie’s dubbed version in Tamil and Malayalam were successes too. Anushka till then was very well known for enacting glamorous characters . It was with this film, that the actress laid down serious claim to the number one position in Telugu film fraternity.. The latest buzz is that Gemini Film Circuit is now planning to remake the film in Hindi version.


It is learnt that for the role of 'Arundhati' many actresses have been approached till yet including Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif. But the makers of the film wish to cast Aishwarya Rai for the lead role. The film in all aspects have the potential to give a turning point to the career of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who hasn't enjoyed considerable commercial successes in past. Watch out the sizzling Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai’s chemistry in their upcoming flick Guzaarish that is all set to release on November 19, 2010.

This year the red carpet at Cannes wukk be flooded with three desi beauties. Aishwarya Rai — needless to mention; gorgeous Deepika Padukone and the very sensational Mallika Sherawat.



Deepika Padukone’s Rohit Bal designer saree is so outdated that it is now out of place at an Indian wedding. Even Aishwarya Rai, the bold and beautiful, who can have top Indian designers running under her toenails if she wants, came up in a macabre green zardozi Sabyasachi saree a few days later.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will share the screen space with co-star Hrithik Roshan in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Guzaarish.

Aish comes back to saree

The Cannes film festival is one of the most prestigious and oldest film festival of the world. That is why the celebrities who attend it, want to look their best during this occasion. Not only the celebs catch the attention of the common crowd but they also get few important few deals signed here.

Aishwarya Rai who has been attending Cannes for the last few years is once more there in the recent Cannes. Most of the time our beauty queen Aish was seen in western outfits. No doubt these western dresses were a requirement of L’Oreal with which Aish has got a contract but then also finally Aish decide to show her Indian style to the world. She was recently seen in a saree during the 6th day of Cannes.

Aish was wearing a beautiful white saree that was studded with stones and had little embroidery. She was also wearing simple jewellery along with some light make up. So finally Deepika Padukone ,who wore a saree earlier at Cannes, inspired Aish to come back to saree and leave those western outfits aside for a while.

Bachchan Bahu to celebrate New Year in Goa.

The Bachchan bahu Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is all set to accompany her husband, Abhishek Bachchan for the New Year in Goa. Junior Bachchan aka Abhishek Bachcan is shooting for Ashutosh's Gowariker's Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey in Goa. The schedule has been for a month long. The schedule is almost over now, if the buzz is to be believed, the cast and crew will be shooting till evening on 31st December.

It is not sure if Big B aka Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan will join Aishwarya and Abhishek for the New Year as they both are very busy. They might join them at the eleventh hour. The female lead of the movie that is Deepika Padukone will not be able to join the other crew members for New Year celebration.

The rumour is that one might see the Roshans aka Hrithik and family and Bachchans bringing in the year together.

today, as the female leads have been vying with each other to clinch
international brand contracts. If Ash turned down Loreal's fairness
cream, Sonam Kapoor got it.

With more companies looking for newer models with a greater reach to
sell their product, it's offers pouring in for young and hot actresses
in the country today.

right, left and centre. And Asin has now become brand ambassador for
Fairever Fruit and Mirinda. Genelia, it may be recalled, endorsed Fair
and Lovely in the early days of her career and has now replaced Rani
and Preity Zinta as Fanta and Cadbury Perk's brand ambassadors.
